Morgan Lewis Partner Lesli Ligorner Named Employment Lawyer of the Year at 2026 Asia Legal Awards

BEIJING and TOKYO, September 11, 2026: Partner Lesli Ligorner has been named Employment Lawyer of the Year as part of the 2026 Asia Legal Awards. Hosted by Law.com International, the awards celebrate the significant transactions, cases, and legal work shaping Asia’s legal industry.

Lesli, who leads the firm’s labor and employment practice in mainland China, was recognized for her work overseeing a series of complex employment-related internal investigations. Drawing on more than 25 years of practice, Lesli advises clients on an array of labor and employment matters.

She frequently conducts internal investigations across the Asia-Pacific region and counsels on hiring and termination, discrimination and harassment policies, and training practices. Lesli also advises employers on global mobility and immigration, leaves of absence, wage and hour laws, intellectual property protection, and unionization and collective bargaining.
