Morgan Lewis Recognized Across Three Deals of the Year at TMT Finance USA Awards

NEW YORK, October 7, 2026: Morgan Lewis has been recognized as part of three Deal of the Year honors at the TMT Finance Awards USA 2026, including Towers Deal of the Year, Mid-Market M&A Deal of the Year, and Fiber Deal of the Year – M&A. The annual awards recognize leading advisors, investors, and dealmakers involved in telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) mergers and acquisitions across the United States.

The firm was recognized for its involvement in the following transactions:

• Towers Deal of the Year: EQT’s Active Core Infrastructure fund’s approximately $4.25 billion acquisition of Crown Castle’s small cells business.
• Mid-Market M&A Deal of the Year: Bluebird Fiber’s $384.6 million acquisition of substantially all Everstream’s assets and operations through an in-person auction.
• Fiber Deal of the Year – M&A: Crown Castle’s $4.25 billion sale of its fiber solutions business to Zayo.
