BOSTON, March 23, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented private equity investor Bunker Hill Capital and its portfolio company, The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group (SWRG), in the sale of SWRG to Danu Partners, an Irish private equity group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Boston, Mass., The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group is a leading operator of high-end, high-volume steakhouses located in major cities across the United States.
