CENTURY CITY, October 8, 2020: Morgan Lewis partner Seth Gerber has been recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top Trade Secrets Lawyer in California for 2020.
The list features 26 lawyers in California who have handled high-stakes cases in the last year. In an accompanying profile of Seth, the publication highlighted his work to defend Hong Kong uCloudlink Network Technology Ltd. in a trade secret misappropriation case.
Seth, who leads the firm’s IP Trade Secrets Working Group, represents companies and individuals in intellectual property and business litigation involving a wide range of claims, including misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, intentional interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has also been recognized by the Daily Journal as one of its top 20 lawyers under the age of 40.
