HR Magazine’s May 2014 issue published “Global Diversity—One Program Won’t Fit All,” an article coauthored by Morgan Lewis partner Larry Turner and associate Allison Suflas. The article emphasizes that while businesses must develop a global perspective in order to stay viable in a worldwide market, they must also be aware of important risks in attempting to apply only one approach to diversity regardless of the country involved.
