The German publishing house C.H. Beck released the 3rd edition of its German handbook “Data Protection for Companies” (ed. Forgo/Helfrich/Schneider) with various revisions and updates due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Axel Spies is a co-author of it, in charge of various chapters, such as international data protection, e-discovery, EU-US data transfers, etc.
