Morgan Lewis recently assisted the U.S.-U.A.E. Business council, of which Morgan Lewis is a Founding Member, to update its guide to doing business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The guide was launched during a virtual event hosted together with the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, and a representative from the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, on Tuesday 12 May. The guide offers readers an overview of the market in the UAE, as well as detailed considerations for companies looking to do business in the UAE, including: labor laws, taxation, data privacy, and the different options and processes for establishing a business in the UAE.
