The California Attorney General has published a fourth set of proposed amendments to the provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In this capacity, the Attorney General acts as the data protection authority in California. Regulatory changes include a new opt-out button for websites and an offline notice on the right to opt out.
