Bostock and the Evolution of LGBTQ+ Rights, International Employment Lawyer

Morgan Lewis partner Sharon Masling and senior attorney Pierce Blue co-authored an article for the International Employment Lawyer on how the Bostock v. Clayton County US Supreme Court ruling extended Title VII protection against discrimination to sexual orientation and gender identity. The article also highlights issues that remain un-addressed by the ruling such as LGBTQ+ protection under other statutes, the extent of transgender rights, and the protection of religious entities and non-binary/gender fluid persons.
