Dr. Chloé Lignier
Dr. Chloé Lignier advises financial and strategic investors on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. In addition to her transactional practice, she advises management and supervisory boards on corporate governance matters.
Chloé has a deep understanding of the German and European business communities, handling complex domestic and cross-border transactions across the technology, automotive and mobility, healthcare, investment funds and financial services, and energy and life sciences sectors, among others. She has a particular focus on middle-market M&A transactions involving private equity firms and German companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chloé worked at international law firms where she advised German and international clients. She speaks French, German, and English.
