Heinrich Stirtz
Heinrich Stirtz advises German and international corporate clients on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also advises on carve-outs, joint ventures, venture capital investments, and spinoffs. He represents clients in various sectors, including technology, automotive and mobility, healthcare, energy, and investment funds and financial services.
Heinrich previously worked as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice in the Munich office of a large international US law firm. During his legal traineeship, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice in the Munich and Dubai offices of a prestigious international UK law firm. He has also worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a global law firm in Moscow. He speaks German, English, Russian, and French.
