DUBAI, October 13, 2022: International Financial Law Review (IFLR) has named Morgan Lewis Pro Bono Firm of the Year at its annual Middle East Awards. The award recognizes pro bono projects that were driven by Middle East–based teams and demonstrates commitment and an innovative approach to pro bono. Winners are determined following months of research, drawing on written submissions and interviews with representatives in the market, and announced at an award ceremony in Dubai on October 12, 2022.
Morgan Lewis’s commitment to doing work for the public good manifests through the pro bono efforts of lawyers in every one of the firm’s global offices. Since 2018, 100% of eligible lawyers have met the firm’s Pro Bono Challenge of donating at least 20 hours to pro bono service annually, including guiding non-profits and humanitarian organizations in Islamic finance and other various corporate matters.
