SILICON VALLEY, May 17, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Michael Lyons has been named a 2023 Top Intellectual Property Lawyer in California by Daily Journal. The annual list recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions to intellectual property law in the last year. This is Mike’s fourth appearance on the list.
Mike was recognized, in part, for securing a win from the International Trade Commission in a patent infringement case dealing with complex solar power and conductive cell technology.
Mike leads the Silicon Valley litigation practice and brings more than 25 years of experience to his intellectual property rights practice. Mike’s patent, copyright, trade secret, and other technology-focused litigation involves tools that range from video streaming and consumer electronics’ circuit architecture to medical devices.
