WASHINGTON, DC, May 30, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Andrew Lipman has been named to the 2023 Power 100 list by Capacity, a key news source for the telecommunications industry. Andrew is one of two lawyers on this year’s list, which highlights innovators and leaders in the global digital infrastructure community.
Andy practices in most aspects of communications law and related fields, including regulatory, transactional, litigation, legislative, and land use. He established and leads Morgan Lewis’s telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) practice, which advises carriers, financial institutions, investors, and established and emerging tech companies. Andy oversees the TMT team’s work advising clients on qualifying for broadband infrastructure funding and service providers on applying for funding and navigating the complex regulatory landscape.
