Jesse S. Krompier
Jesse S. Krompier represents companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare, and energy industries in business disputes and crisis-driven litigation. He focuses his practice on matters involving significant financial and reputational exposure, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and product liability. Jesse’s strategic counsel and trial experience make him a trusted adviser and advocate in high-stakes disputes.
Jesse is recognized for delivering results in the courtroom, including helping secure a unanimous $133 million jury verdict in an equitable indemnity trial in Los Angeles, named a Top Verdict of 2022 by the Daily Journal. Clients depend on Jesse to shape litigation strategy, take and defend depositions, prepare and argue motions, and build a compelling case for trial. He also advises clients on pre-litigation investigations, risk mitigation, and opportunities for early resolution.
Jesse is a member of the firm’s technology industry team. He represents clients on emerging issues involving data-driven products and services, including internet services, social media platforms, artificial intelligence, and personalized digital technologies. Jesse also serves on the litigation practice’s AI leadership team.
Jesse is active on the Los Angeles Hiring Committee and Summer Program Committee and participates as a mentor in the Morgan Lewis Mentorship Program. While in law school, Jesse externed for Judge Dolly M. Gee of the US District Court for the Central District of California and earned the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program Award.
