  • Represented a National Women’s Soccer League team in connection with a $100 million stadium-construction financing
  • Represented the syndicate agent and revolving lenders in an out-of-court restructuring of a $140 million senior secured financing of a major data technology company
  • Represented a private credit lender in connection with a $40 million asset-based term loan facility provided to a national ecommerce retailer of outdoor clothing and gear
