Seth Hochman represents clients in a variety of industries through all stages of complex civil litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, personally appearing and advocating on their behalf in contested proceedings. Seth advises clients on a range of topics, including class actions, government contracts, and fraud-related claims, and maintains an active pro bono practice involving housing, immigration, and prisoner rights.
In law school, Seth was a judicial intern in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, a summer intern for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and received the Georgetown Law Journal Meritorious Service Award for outstanding contributions to the journal.
