Chief judge casts doubt over jurisdiction in SmileDirectClub case, Global Competition Review

Morgan Lewis partner Daniel Savrin spoke with Global Competition Review about the circumstances under which an en banc review is considered. In reference to a case in the Eleventh Circuit he noted that the court could be “trying to provide clarity” or provide “a more clearly defined standard.”
