Partner Kenneth Nunnenkamp was quoted in a Foreign Investment Watch article about meetings between the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Investment Security and third-party compliance providers about Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) mitigation agreements.
In the article, Kenneth said the meetings could indicate that CFIUS is preparing for more mitigation agreements.
“That could suggest either more cases or a higher percentage of cases under mitigation,” he said.
