Hanna E. Martin
Hanna Martin focuses her practice on litigating employment discrimination, employee classification, and executive compensation matters, including single-plaintiff cases as well as class and collective actions. Hanna is routinely trusted by clients with their most sensitive, confidential, or high-profile discrimination investigations and litigations.
Hanna is a member of Morgan Lewis’s Trial Ready Team and has significant trial and arbitration experience. She has an extensive background with oral arguments before courts and other tribunals and has attained key strategic victories for clients both pretrial and at trial. Hanna combines efficiency with creative thinking to achieve the best results.
Hanna litigates in various forums, including US state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agency actions. She also counsels on and conducts internal workplace investigations. Her clients include both public and private companies in the insurance, financial services, and retail industries.
