Jill S. Vorobiev
Jill S. Vorobiev represents corporate clients in complex litigation matters, including employment discrimination lawsuits, whistleblower cases, matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), trade secret and noncompete matters, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cases, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before arbitrators and administrative review judges. A strategic partner to clients, she advises on significant labor and employment matters and handles sensitive high-level executive matters and investigations.
As part of Jill’s broad practice, she regularly negotiates executive severance agreements, trains and counsels employers on federal state and employment laws and compliance matters, and reviews policies and high-level employment agreements. She assists companies across multiple industries, including healthcare, transportation, technology, and consumer goods brands. A native English speaker, Jill also speaks Spanish.
