Madeleine Ayer

Madeleine Ayer represents clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and government and internal investigations. She maintains an active pro bono practice devoted to Section 1983 civil rights litigation and prisoners’ rights advocacy.

Madeleine also litigates CERCLA actions against private and government parties responsible for contamination to recover costs related to the investigation and remediation of affected sites.
