Morgan Lewis Advises Forgepoint Capital on Its Investment in Hackuity

PARIS, October 13, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Forgepoint Capital International, the European arm of Forgepoint Capital, an American venture capital firm specializing in cybersecurity and AI, on its investment in Hackuity, a French startup specializing in detecting IT vulnerabilities. Hackuity’s existing investors Bright Pixel Capital, Bpifrance, and Seventure Partners also participated in the $19 million transaction.

Based in Lyon, Hackuity has developed a vulnerability operations center (VOC) platform that helps companies determine which vulnerabilities to address first.

The transaction will enable Hackuity to strengthen its R&D, particularly in AI, and continue its international expansion.

The Morgan Lewis team advising Forgepoint Capital comprised:
