Aaron Grant advises UK and multinational employers on a range of UK employment law issues, from tricky disciplinaries and grievances to global M&A projects, outsourcings, and tribunal litigation. Aaron’s practice includes advising clients on their global gender pay reporting obligations, global pay equity audits, and global pay transparency obligations, as well as counselling clients with operations in the European Union on their compliance efforts with respect to the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Aaron also has experience advising on large scale restructures ranging from Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) transfers to collective redundancies and has experience working closely with clients on their labor relations strategy.
