Abigail Thompson advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Abi has represented clients in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. She has particular experience in high value litigation involving team moves and misuse of confidential information by employees. Abi is also adept at advising on whistleblowing, discrimination, grievances, investigations, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and data privacy matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Abi began her career in the Employment practice of a Magic Circle law firm in London.
