Abigail Tootell is part of the firm’s litigation team where she represents corporate clients across all sectors. After law school, she clerked for Judge Jan E. DuBois of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Extended Profile

Abigail graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an associate editor and the alumni editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and served as a Littleton Fellow. During law school, she interned for Chief Judge Smith on the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and was a summer associate at Morgan Lewis in 2019.

Prior to law school, Abigail graduated summa cum laude from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and political science.
