Amanda M. Bruno is the global director of client service at Morgan Lewis. In this role, Amanda works closely with the Chair, the Managing Partner for client service, and other key stakeholders across the firm to drive client strategy and ensure delivery of exceptional client service inside and outside the firm, reliably and consistently. She was the lead architect in designing all aspects of the firm’s Client Service Program, including the Client Feedback Program and the Crown Jewel Program.
As the director of client service, Amanda leads a team that manages the firm’s Client Alliance Program, Client Feedback Program, Crown Jewel Program, and firmwide Exceptional Client Service training program. She is the lead facilitator in the firm’s innovative, interactive program to train all Morgan Lewis personnel on the firm’s standards for delivering exceptional client service. Having been personally trained by the creators of Deloitte’s Business Chemistry®, Amanda is also the lead facilitator training all Morgan Lewis personnel on using the Business Chemistry® personality assessment so that all Morgan Lewis personnel can recognize their own behaviors and preferences, as well as those of their colleagues and clients, in an effort to communicate and interact more effectively.
Amanda is also an essential component in the firm’s Partner Development Programs and the ML Women Initiative. Prior to becoming the director of client service, Amanda served as Morgan Lewis’s director of special projects and prior to that role, Amanda was an associate in the litigation practice.
Amanda continues to be a practicing attorney concentrating her efforts on representing abused and neglected children who reside in Philadelphia County, pro bono.
