  construction of a plant for processing polymetallic ores
• Advised a syndicate of banks in connection with an up to $2.3 billion equivalent multicurrency project financing of Chernogorskaya GRK LLC for construction of the first phase of a mining and processing plant in the Krasnoyarsk region, based on the Chernogorskoye platinum-copper-nickel ore deposit with a processing capacity of seven million tons of ore annually
• Advised a major Dubai bank on the restructuring of a project musharaka facility made available in connection with a major UAE leisure and entertainment project
• Advised HSBC on the financing for the development of a wind power plant and a solar hybrid power plant by a large independent power producer in Türkiye

UAE Real Estate

• Advised MERED, an international real estate developer, on the establishment of its UAE presence, particularly the construction of a flagship residential project in Dubai Internet City, including financing, joint venture, and real estate development arrangements; the project was recognized as the Project of the Year with Best Architecture at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards in February 2024, and its entry into the UAE market received an award in the New Market Entry category at the Construction Innovation Awards 2023
• Advised an international real estate developer on investment arrangements for its project on Al Reem Island (part of ADGM), including a multitiered investment structure at both the project-company and developer-of-record levels, and alignment with the project’s mezzanine and senior financing
• Advised a private investment company, acting as investment arranger, on its investment into a residential development by a major UAE real estate developer under an “area-split” structure, including the syndication of the investment and framework arrangements for future developments within the same master community
