Addiel Perez advises developers, sponsors, and investors on the financing, development, and construction of energy projects across the United States. He focuses on solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy assets, as well as related project finance, tax equity, and merger and acquisition matters. While in law school, Addiel was a staff editor of the University of Miami Law Review, worked with the Environmental Justice Clinic, and was a Miami Public Interest Scholar.
