Adia Brantley
Adia Brantley advises clients on complex commercial, intellectual property (IP), and technology transactions. Her work includes structuring and negotiating software and data licenses, cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and IP and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Adia brings experience across law firm and in-house environments, enabling her to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions for clients navigating digital transformation, innovation strategy, and commercial risk.
Prior to joining the firm, Adia supported clients across a range of technology and life sciences transactions at another top global law firm, including licensing, strategic collaborations, and commercial agreements. She also gained in-house experience as a legal intern at a fintech start-up recognized by Forbes as one of the “Next Billion Dollar Start-ups,” where she advised on commercial contracts and product-related legal issues. While earning her J.D. at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Adia helped develop a legal technology framework to improve operational efficiency at a top Am Law firm.
Adia is actively engaged in the legal community and serves on the associate board of Legal Prep Charter Academy. Adia is also a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Alumni Representative, continuing her work from her time as a PILI Fellow at the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where she advised nonprofit founders and diverse entrepreneurs on entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements.
