Ali M. Kliment is part of a team regularly advising clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Ali represents employers in complex employment litigation including class and collective actions and single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation and harassment cases, as well as whistleblower investigations. Ali’s clients operate in a wide group of industry sectors that include education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, transportation, and online retailing.
Ali is also actively engaged in several pro bono projects at the firm including representing individuals at parole revocation hearings, assisting individuals in applying for US citizenship, and assisting individuals in securing their birth certificates.
Ali received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova School of Law, where she was named to Order of the Coif, served as an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review, and served as a certified legal intern in the Villanova Health Law Clinic. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from Monmouth University, where she was a member of the University's Women's Soccer team.
