Alexander Harrison focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, due diligence, patentability, and freedom to operate analyses. Alex has experience prosecuting and obtaining both US and foreign patents involving products in the air transportation, medical device, air freshener, and consumer products industries. Alex counsels clients on managing their patent portfolios and matters related to due diligence and merger and acquisition agreements.
