Alexios S. Hadji
Alexios Hadji focuses his practice on the tax aspects of private funds, advising fund sponsors as well as institutional investors. Alexios assists fund sponsors with the tax aspects of fund formation matters, from fund structuring and documentation to investor-specific structuring discussions and side letter negotiations. He counsels institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, qualified foreign pension funds, and family offices, in making investments into real estate, energy, and infrastructure asset funds. His practice also includes advising sellers and buyers of private fund interests in secondary transactions.
Before rejoining Morgan Lewis, Alexios was a senior associate at an international law firm. Prior to law school, he worked in the information technology field.
