Amanda Outcalt represents clients in a broad array of complex legal matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, securities litigation, and government and internal investigations. She has experience in guiding clients through all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting fact investigations and discovery, participating in depositions, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Amanda received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. In law school, she was an active member of the McAuliffe Honor Society, USF Moot Court Program, USF Law Review, USF Intellectual Property Clinic, USF Women’s Law Association, and USF Environmental Law Society. Amanda was named as the 2021 Advocate of the Year by the USF Moot Court Program.
