Amy A. Janssen litigates toxic tort, occupational exposure, wrongful death, personal injury, and complex mass tort matters for myriad companies in a variety of industries. Amy is part of a team that serves as national counsel for several manufacturers involved in asbestos litigation throughout the country. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amy represented Fortune 100 clients in a variety of personal injury, wrongful death, and occupational disease matters related to claims of exposure to asbestos.
Amy’s other experience includes successful pro bono representation related to Parole Revocation Hearings before the New Jersey State Parole Board.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amy defended a latex glove manufacturer in mass tort litigation involving product liability and toxic tort liability in state and federal courts. Amy’s experience also extends to premises liability defense for a Fortune 500 Company.
