Anahi Cruz represents employers in state and federal courts, before government agencies, and in private arbitration. In her litigation practice, Anahi has represented clients in a wide array of complex class actions, including wage and hour, systemic discrimination, and pay inequity. She also routinely defends companies facing claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. In addition to litigation, Anahi has experience conducting workplace investigations and providing client training services, including on sexual harassment and traditional labor relations.
