Anjali Deshpande advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and public companies on a wide range of business law matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, majority and minority investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters. She advises clients across a diverse scope of industries, including sports, utilities, retail, and healthcare. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anjali was an associate in the Philadelphia office of another large international law firm.
