Ashley Baxter is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The group represents employers facing class and collective action litigation as well as single-plaintiff cases before US state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ashley was an associate for a national law firm. She concentrated her practice on class action, collective action, and single-plaintiff employment litigation in state and federal courts.
During law school, Ashley served as a judicial extern to Judge Juan R. Sanchez of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a student attorney in Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic, where she represented low-income individuals in a variety of civil disputes.
