Ashley Bechtel

Ashley Bechtel counsels investment banks, private investment funds, and global institutional investors on their primary investments and co-investments in domestic and international private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, funds of one, secondary funds, and other private investment products. Her practice focuses on the representation of buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market, including single-interest transactions, portfolio sales, tender offers, and sponsor-led liquidity transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ashley worked in the real estate practice groups of a California law firm and another global law firm.
