As a business-minded legal advisor, Benjamin W. Stango counsels clients in a wide range of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, startup guidance, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, and compliance with securities laws. Ben also represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and other parties across an array of financing transactions including acquisition-related financings and secured credit facilities. His clients range from emerging and high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Ben spent over a decade working in government, nonprofits, and political campaigns across the East Coast. With an MBA from The Wharton School, Ben brings a unique perspective on business, law, and government to serve his clients’ needs.
Currently, Ben serves as the lead associate on the Morgan Lewis COVID-19 Loan Program Task Force, working with a cross-practice team to advise clients and colleagues on all aspects of COVID-19 related federal loan programs, including the Paycheck Protection Program.
