Bonnie Li

Managing Associate

Bonnie Li counsels clients on a wide variety of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. She advises a broad spectrum of healthcare, technology, cosmetics, and manufacturing clients regarding corporate, regulatory compliance, antitrust, and transactional issues and investigations. Bonnie regularly provides advice, counseling, and training to clients on competition and regulatory issues, encompassing a wide scope of work ranging from merger control filing, antitrust, and regulatory issues in complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and collaboration transactions to regulatory compliance policies and trainings.

Bonnie also has experience with internal investigations and enforcement actions, including anti-corruption–related investigations, bid rigging and self-dealing violations, and conflict of interest investigations, as well as with the defense of clients in public enforcement actions on unfair-competition and advertising issues and in compliance risk assessment.
