Brad Wilson focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) counseling and prosecution. Brad prepares and prosecutes US and international patents in the areas of antennas, cellular mobile devices, cellular infrastructure, medical devices, semiconductors, semiconductor fabrication equipment, sensors, ubiquitous sensor networks, radio-frequency identification (RFID), robotics, wireless power, distributed computing software, network/internet security applications, internet cloud applications, LED lighting, sports equipment, beverage containers, toys, and mobile device apps.

Corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and licensing agreements are often based on IP assets, and Brad provides IP due diligence counseling from IP licensing to complete company acquisitions. He also provides IP portfolio management and strategic planning counseling, as well as freedom to operate and validity opinions.
While in law school, Brad was awarded a three-year Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He earned a master’s of management in marketing and finance and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology.
