Brandon Pongracz
Brandon Pongracz focuses his practice on intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He represents clients in matters involving patents as well as trademark, copyright, and trade secret claims, including proceedings before US district courts and the US International Trade Commission. Brandon is also registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and assists with patent prosecution matters, bringing a dual perspective to protecting and enforcing clients’ intellectual property.
Brandon leverages his background in manufacturing and systems engineering to work with a range of technologies and translate complex technical concepts in both litigation and prosecution contexts. Prior to law school, he worked as an engineer developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and technologies, experience he now uses to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand the practical considerations underlying clients’ innovations.
