Bruce C. Silvers works extensively in aviation finance and leasing. He represents leading international banks, hedge funds, and insurance companies in aircraft and engine sales and purchases, operating and leveraged leases, parts consignments, and foreclosures. Bruce also practices in the areas of debt financings and restructurings. He represents numerous financial institutions in a wide variety of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private bondholder debt, syndicated bank loans, structured financings, commercial paper conduits, and warehouse loan transactions.
