Caiti Zeytoonian focuses her practice on antitrust and consumer protection. She helps companies navigate today’s complex and evolving regulatory environment and develop competitive and compliant marketplace strategies. Caiti advises clients on advertising and marketing, competitor collaborations, consumer privacy and data security, product distribution/development, and merger-related conduct. Caiti also assists her clients in responding to government actions and investigative inquiries and demands. She represents clients before the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), state attorneys general, and other federal and state authorities.
Caiti advises and represents clients across industries, including apparel, automotive, consumer products, ecommerce, manufacturing, retail, and technology. In addition to defending clients in antitrust and consumer protection investigations, Caiti has experience representing clients in high-stakes antitrust and consumer protection litigation matters.
