Caiti Zeytoonian focuses her practice on federal and state government antitrust investigations, antitrust litigation, and compliance counseling. Working across sectors, Caiti represents clients before the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), state attorneys general offices, and in federal and state courts in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and non-merger conduct. Caiti regularly advises clients on the antitrust and consumer protection aspects of business practices, including on issues related to pricing and distribution, data security, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caiti was an associate at a global law firm.
