Caiti Zeytoonian focuses her practice on civil and criminal antitrust litigation and compliance counseling. Working across sectors, Caiti represents clients in private antitrust lawsuits as well as in government investigations before federal and state agencies. Caiti advises clients on a broad array of antitrust issues ranging from distribution and pricing to competitor collaborations and consumer protection. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caiti was an associate at a global law firm.
