Camille Watson represents companies in labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation. Her practice primarily focuses on single-plaintiff litigation involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Camille also regularly counsels businesses on employment issues such as employment agreements and employee handbooks. In addition to her litigation and counseling practice, Camille assists with traditional labor law matters. She is part of a team that represent clients in collective bargaining negotiations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, including responses to unfair labor practices charges.
Camille regularly works with employers of all sizes across a range of industries, including technology, sports, automotive, food and beverage, transportation, financial, media, life sciences, and retail.
In law school, Camille served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, Camille attended California State University, Northridge, where she was a member of the school’s NCAA Division 1 Women’s Soccer team.
