Camille Watson defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action litigation. Her practice includes workplace discrimination and retaliation, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling. Recently, Camille has focused on issues relating to coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, including reopening protocols for employers and vaccine guidance. Camille’s preferred pronouns are she/her/hers.
While in law school, Camille served as a judicial extern to Judge Charles R. Breyer for the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
