Carly J. Schnabel represents leading financial institutions, private credit lenders, and corporate borrowers in a broad range of commercial finance transactions. Her practice includes syndicated debt financings and asset-based financings across a range of industries. During law school, Carly was an editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance and a W. A. Franke Global Business Law Fellow.
