Caroline Kam focuses her practice on representing individuals and families in estate planning, trust and estate administration, family business succession planning, and charitable giving. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caroline clerked for Judge Michael M. Baylson in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
