Caroline Robb represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes, including single-plaintiff lawsuits and complex class and collective actions before state and federal courts. She also has experience handling restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Caroline handles internal investigations into complaints of alleged harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and retaliation and advises employers on appropriate responses and remediation measures. She also regularly counsels employers on day-to-day personnel decisions, workplace policies, and general compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caroline worked as an associate with an international law firm where she focused on employment litigation and counseling.
