Catherine Ryan advises private investment funds, investment managers, financial services firms, and institutional investors in formation, investment, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. While in law school, Catherine served as a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission Office of Risk and Strategy and as a law clerk at the Washington, DC Office of Human Rights.
